Request paper instructions for use

These instructions for use are supplied in electronic form rather than on paper.

If you require a paper copy, you may request one at no additional cost by writing to support@legit.health. Please state the name of your organisation and the postal address the copy should be sent to. The paper copy will be despatched within 7 calendar days of receipt of the request.

Requesting a paper copy does not change the fact that the electronic version at https://ifu-eu-mdd.legit.health is the current one. The device is cloud software and cannot be used without an internet connection, so the electronic version is always reachable at the point of use, and it is the version that is kept up to date.
