Maintenance

The device is software supplied as a hosted service. You do not install it on your own equipment and you do not update it yourself.

The manufacturer operates the service and deploys any new version of the software. The device therefore requires no servicing, calibration, cleaning or other maintenance by the user or by the healthcare organisation.

Your obligations as a user are the following.

  1. Use a supported integration with the device, as described in these instructions for use.
  2. Keep the equipment you use to capture and transmit images in good working order, and follow the image acquisition guidance given in these instructions for use.
  3. Report any malfunction, unexpected behaviour or apparent deterioration in the performance of the device to the manufacturer at support@legit.health.
